Meet The Founders
Gergely Szabo is an accomplished entrepreneur with over 15 years of hands-on experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry. Starting his first business at the age of 17, organizing parties, Gergely quickly built a successful brand that hosted over 100 events annually. By 21, he had opened his first bar and nightlife venue, which marked the beginning of a thriving career in the industry, but it was his passion for restaurants that truly set his career in motion. From there, Gergely launched and operated a series of successful dining ventures, including a fast-growing burger chain, an authentic Neapolitan pizza place, and a French-Hungarian fusion restaurant, each built from scratch and rooted in his commitment to quality and creativity.
Gergely’s extensive experience spans every aspect of restaurant creation and operation—from concept development and brand building to marketing and daily management. His work reflects a deep understanding of how to turn an idea into a thriving, award-winning business. Alongside his restaurant ventures, Gergely has gained industry recognition, proving his ability to lead and grow diverse culinary concepts in highly competitive markets.

Mark Towning a seasoned hospitality expert with 20 years of experience in the industry, specializing in quick service restaurant (QSR) operations, casual dining concepts, and innovative dark kitchen models. A skilled operator, Mark excels at developing comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that cater to the unique needs of the hospitality sector, ensuring both simplicity and effectiveness.
As the Co-founder of Zeora Hospitality, Mark leverages his extensive background to assist clients in creating innovative concepts tailored to their vision. He has a proven track record of building, running, and maintaining profitable businesses in both the UAE and the UK, demonstrating his ability to navigate diverse markets and operational challenges.
